I would like to thanks SWC security for there fabulous security guards. We had 5 outstanding men at my daughters function they where very helpful in making the event run smooth and with no incident. They where very professional and great with the teenagers in keeping everyone on track and having a wonderful party. Even the guest commented regarding how well the security where there. I have used SWC Security a number of times. They are Very friendly, easy to deal with and they have a 24 hour service. Highly recommended Security Services in Melbourne.

As an Importer of manufactured clothing items that required some finishing processes to be completed prior to sorting and dispatch to our clients we were experiencing “stock shrinkage”. This increased alarmingly when we increased the range of accessories. In frustration, we elected to call in several security Companies to help solve the problem. We accepted the recommendation put to us by SWC Security Services because it incorporated three elements we believed would assist in the control of staff access/exiting, the working and packaging area, and isolated the working zones from the packaging and dispatch zone. SWC installed an Access Control System which gave us control over who came and went into the factory/warehouse. They also installed security devices within our offices and throughout the factory which were centrally monitored and finally installed surveillance cameras in the goods inwards and goods packaging zones. In the past six months since the total system was installed, we have noticed a dramatic drop in stock shrinkage. In fact, businesses operating similar ventures should at least call SWC – you will find a similar result.

We operate a Fast Food business which does a large percentage of our turnover between 7 pm and 11:30 pm seven nights a week. We had been experiencing an increasing number of young customers who were not only becoming a nuisance but their presence was intimidating, to say the least. We were referred to SWC Security who suggested the presence of their Patrol Vehicle (with two officers) attend between the worst times which appeared to be 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm. They also had spoken to the local police station that also drove through during the evening. Within a week problem was gone – good customers increased and profits were back to normal.
